Ryo-Ohki

Ryo-Ohki was first introduced as a demon or better, a demonship. Ryoko called it in the 2nd OVA and Ryo-Ohki came out of a sea as spaceship.
After the fight with Ayeka's spaceship Ryo-Ohki was somewhat destroyed and transformed into a cat/rabbit-like creature, so called "Cabbit".

So, the ultra-evil demon Ryo-Ohki is actually a very nice, cute and funny little critter, which can transform not only into a spaceship, she also shapechanges into human-like beings (she looks then like a little child or -but just for one time- like an adult), but mostly she is seen as a cabbit.
